How Do I Schedule My Dog Walking and Cat Care Services?

That’s why we use Time To Pet, a professional pet care platform that allows you to schedule services, communicate with our team, and manage payments all in one place.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Book with Paws Up!

Step 1: Log in to Your Time To Pet Account

Visit the app on your phone or log in through your computer browser to access your client portal.

Step 2: Go to the "Scheduling" Tab

Click on “Scheduling” from the main dashboard to begin your service request.

Step 3: Select “Request New Service”

Choose “Request New Service” to start a new booking.

Step 4: Choose Your Dates

Select the specific dates you need services. You can schedule a single visit, multiple days, or even recurring care.

Step 5: Choose Your Services

Pick the visit type and duration that best fits your pet’s routine. We offer:

• 20-minute Potty & Play Breaks

• 30-minute Midday Walks (1 hour walks also available)

• Cat Care Visits (20-, 30-, and 60-minute options)

• Medication Visits (time specific)

• Adventure Walks (1 hour and 1.5 hour options)

Note: If you're booking mixed visit lengths for the same day i.e. two 30-minute visits and one 20-minute visit, you’ll add each one as a separate service request. More on that in Step 7.

Step 6: Select Your Service Visit Windows (Time Blocks)

Choose the time block that best fits your pet's schedule and your needs:

• Midday Dog Walks (Monday through Friday):

  10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

• Single Cat Visit Per Day:

  Anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

• Two Cat Visits Per Day:

  Morning: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

  Afternoon/Evening: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Three Pet Sitting Visits Per Day:

  Morning: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

  Midday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

  Evening/Dinner: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Time-Specific Visits (for medications, etc.):

  Be sure to indicate the exact time needed in the Notes section when submitting your request.

Step 7: Add More Services (If Needed)

If you are requesting multiple services for the same trip (for example, a 30-minute midday walk and a 20-minute dinner visit), select “Add More Services” and enter them one at a time.

Include any travel plans, access instructions, or important care notes for our team to reference.

Step 9: Review and Submit Your Request

Look over the dates, services, and visit times, then submit the request for approval.

Step 10: Receive Confirmation and Invoice

Once we review and approve your request, you’ll receive a confirmation message. Be sure to review it for accuracy and let us know if anything needs to be adjusted.

Log back into your client portal to view your invoice, make payments, and track your upcoming visits. Everything is handled securely online for your convenience.
