Schedule directly through our website or schedule a call so we can chat briefly, then get your consultation on the books so we can meet you and your pet and answer any questions.

COMPLETE YOUR PET'S ONLINE ACCOUNT

We'll send you a link to activate your account and complete profiles for each pet, including care routines, quirks, meds, and more.

SCHEDULE SERVICES & ENJOY!

Now you're ready to request visits directly through the portal. You’ll receive visit reports, photos, and real-time peace of mind.

  • What types of pets do you care for?
    We specialize in dog walking and cat care, but we also love and care for small pets like rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, bearded dragons, turtles, fish, and more. If it fits in your home and has a heartbeat, we’re here for it.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We currently serve: North Charleston, Hanahan, Goose Creek, Park Circle, Ladson, Downtown Charleston, and a few areas of Summerville (Carnes Crossroads, Wescott, and other neighborhoods around Dorchester Road). Not sure if you're in our service area? Just reach out and we’ll be happy to check.
  • Do you offer recurring services?
    Yes, we do! And clients who book four or more M - F midday dog walks per week on a recurring schedule receive 10% off. Perfect for busy professionals who want reliable care on the calendar.
  • How do I get started?
    Visit our GET STARTED page to learn how to schedule your consultation, set up your client portal, and book your first visit.
  • Will I have the same pet care provider every time?
    We work as a team to ensure availability and coverage. While we can’t guarantee the same pet care provider for every visit, every Paws Up! team member is trained, background-checked, and committed to providing top-notch care.
  • Can you give my pet medication?
    Yes, we can administer oral or topical medications to pets who are comfortable with the process. Just let us know what your pet needs during your consultation. *Please note that time-sensitive meds may incur a small fee.
  • How will I know how the visit went?
    After every visit, you’ll receive a detailed visit report through our client app, Time to Pet, with notes, photos, and updates—so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and cared for.
  • Do you offer boarding or overnight stays?
    Not at this time. We focus on in-home care, daily visits, and enrichment walks that keep your pets happy, healthy, and comfortable in their own environment.
  • Can I tip my pet care provider?
    Absolutely! They will love you for it! Our dog walkers and pet sitters work hard to provide outstanding service for our beloved clients. Your tips are always appreciated! We set up each new client account with a 20% auto tip feature during onboarding. You are welcome to change the percentage or ask us to remove it. Your sitters receive 100% of the tips you leave.
  • Do you have a Rewards or Referral Program?
    Yes, we sure do! We offer a 10% discount for any client on a recurring schedule of four or more M - F midday dog walks per week. If you’re a Paws Up! client and refer a new client, you will each receive up to $32 off your next service once they have booked with us.
