Meet Kimberly

Founder & Chief Tail-Wagger of Paws Up!

Hi, I’m Kimberly, owner of Paws Up! and proud pet parent to two pups, Buddy and Maggie, and two cats, Charlie and Callie. I started this business after seeing far too many pets surrendered to shelters, not because their families didn’t love them, but because life got overwhelming. I knew I wanted to help. I wanted to create a service that not only supports pets, but also supports the people who love them.

As someone who’s volunteered in shelters and knows firsthand how hard it can be to leave your pets while you're working or traveling, I built Paws Up! with compassion, reliability, and enrichment at its core. Our mission is simple: help busy Charleston pet parents breathe easier, knowing their pets are getting the care, routine, and love they need, even when life gets hectic.

When I’m not managing the Paws Up! team, walking dogs, or visiting our kitty clients, you’ll find me singing (I love karaoke), dancing around the house, catching up on a good book, or dominating my fantasy football league (yes, I’m the commissioner!). On weekends (if I'm not working), my partner, Josh, and I love to explore Charleston’s dog-friendly spots with our pups and we love to go camping.

Hi! My name is Lilli and I'm very excited to be a part of the team at Paws Up! I moved to Charleston in August, 2021 from Indiana and relocated to Virginia in 2025. As long as I can remember I've always had a passion for animals. We always had animals in the house growing up and as soon as I was old enough to work I jumped on every opportunity to work with them. I have worked with animals over the past 7+ years. I currently have two fur babies. Bentley is a 2 year old Australian Shepherd and Cinnamon is a 1 year old Border Collie.
