DOGGY DOOR / UNSUPERVISED OUTDOOR ACCESS LIABILITY WAIVER

 

Paws Up! LLC and the Dog Walker/Pet Sitter accepts no responsibility or liability for any mishaps of unusual nature that may occur due to pet(s) having unsupervised access to the outdoors via a doggy door or any other method. In addition,

 

This policy is in place should anything happen with your home, or worse, something with your pet(s) while they are in our care. If anything should happen while said pet(s) have unsupervised access to the outdoors, Paws Up! LLC will not be held liable.

 

Therefore, if you plan to provide unsupervised outdoor access to any of your pet(s) at any time during the agreed upon service dates while you’re at work or traveling you must notify us immediately and agree to hold Paws Up! LLC and the Pet Sitter harmless by signing this waiver.

 

Furthermore, Paws Up! LLC and the Dog Walker/Pet Sitter accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to the Client's pet(s) or property during the term of this agreement. If any pet has access to the outdoors in the client's absence, Paws Up! LLC and the Dog Walker/Pet Sitter is released from any liability with the exception of when the pet(s) are under the direct supervision of the Pet Sitter.

 

I, the undersigned, understand that Paws Up! LLC is not responsible for any breach of security or loss of or damage to my property while caring for my pets outlined in the Time to Pet client portal and app. Furthermore, I agree to hold Paws Up! LLC harmless and waive any liability should anything happen to my property or pet(s) while I am away.
