Paws Up! understands that your friends and families may want to check in on your pets while you are away, and that is fine. However, Paws Up! LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred to, or in, your home, or to your pet(s) during any time period that anyone other than Paws Up! LLC has access to your home. 

 

Therefore, if you plan to have any other party (friend, neighbor, family, housekeeper, contractor, etc.) entering your home at any time during the agreed upon service dates while you’re at work or traveling you must notify us immediately and agree to hold Paws Up! LLC and the Dog Walker/Pet Sitter harmless by signing this waiver.

 

Paws Up! LLC and the Dog Walker/Pet Sitter accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to the Client's property if any other person has access to the property during the term of this agreement. If another party has access to the Client’s home in their absence, Paws Up! LLC and the Dog Walker/Pet Sitter is released from any liability with the exception of when the pet(s) are under the direct supervision of the Paws Up! Pet Sitter.

 

I, the undersigned, understand that Paws Up! LLC is not responsible for any breach of security or loss of or damage to my property while caring for my pets outlined in the Time to Pet client portal and app. Furthermore, I agree to hold Paws Up! LLC harmless and waive any liability should anything happen to my property or pet(s) while I am away.
